Ingredients

Whole Wheat Flour
1⁄3 cup
Cocoa
1⁄2 teaspoon
Baking Powder
1⁄2 teaspoon
Baking Soda
1 teaspoon
Salt
1⁄3 cup
Sugar
1⁄2 cup
Brown Sugar
1⁄2 cup
vegetable oil
2
Eggs
1 teaspoon
Vanilla
2 cups
Zucchini (shredded)

Instructions

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl beat eggs, oil, sugars and vanilla. Add flour mixture to egg mixture. Mix well. Stir in zucchini. Bake in greased loaf pan 65 minutes at 350 degrees.
